Don't start a resolution begin a journey with Healthy Living

1.  Drink Water: 1/2 body weight in oz. daily
2.  Eat Veggies and Fruit
3.  Lean Meats
4.  Whole wheat grains
5.  Intake low-fat dairy
6.  Exercise 4-5 days a week
7.  Weight Train 2-3 times weekly
8.  Read motivational affirmations to reset your MINDSET!
9.  Start Today Don't Delay
