Try Swiss Ball Exercises for Core Stabilization
Core Strength is paramount when it comes to back health and dynamic physical activity. Walking has been proven by the American College of Sports Medicine to engage the core and generalized conditioning. An inexpensive way to exercise the core is by using a Swiss Ball. You can purchase one at your local retailer and/or sporting goods store. Make sure you get one based on your height for proper usage. If limited with time spend 15-20 minutes performing basic core stability exercise using a Swiss Ball. Once your in a routine this can become challenging and fun.
