We Did It!!
Our partners showed up in Wilmington, DE and launched our newest Spring/Summer catalog.

Preparation:

If limited with time spend 15-20 minutes performing basic core stability exercise using a Swiss Ball. Once your in a routine this can become challenging and fun.
